West Lincoln Highway sewer main replacement

West Lincoln Highway from Nichols Ave to Old Lincoln Highway - Pennsylvania American Water will be replacing 1336 feet of sewer pipe - their contractor will begin work on or about the third full week in September and be completed by the end of November (weather permitting) Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Work on weekends and evenings is not expected unless required to maintain the project schedule.  Final street restoration will be completed in the spring of 2024.
