Welcome to Valley Township with a population of just over 5000 people it is one of the fastest growing communities in Chester County. Valley Township is a Second Class Township which is governed by a Board of Supervisors.

Valley Township was formed in 1852 by a decree of the court; it was composed of a considerable slice off the south end of West Caln and a small slice off the south end of West Brandywine. It is half its original size being reduced in size first by the incorporation of the Borough of Coatesville in 1867 and in 1868, by the creation of the Township of Caln.

Valley Day

Valley Day will be on Saturday August 8th at Westwood Firehouse from 12:00 to 5:00pm. If you would like to be a vendor please fill out the form below and mail it in. There will be a talent show during Valley Day. This contest is for resident children ages 5 to 18 with a cash prize. Reserve your childs spot by filling out the form below and mailing it back by July 1, 2009 to:

Valley Sports Camp

Valley now has a sports camp for children. This camp will be held and Westwood Park and will include T-ball, Baseball, soccer, flag football, tennis, etc. See below for details.
