Easter Egg Hunt Valley Township's Annual Easter Egg Hunt was held on Friday, April 22, at 3:00 p.m. for children ages 2 - 12 for children agest 2 - 12. Thanks to all that attended and to our volunteers.
National Night Out On Tuesday, August 3, 2010, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Valley Township, along with thousands of other communities across America, will take part in National Night Out. It's a night when residents are asked to turn on their lights and come out and join forces against crime in their community. This will be the 27th Annual Night Out, and community residents are asked to come out and get to know each other. The event is to heighten the awareness against crime and drug activity in the community. The Valley Township Police Department will host a flashlight walk event throughout the community. Community Tree Lighting The 2nd Annual Community Tree Lighting ceremony will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building. Annual Children's Christmas Party The 9th Annual Children's Christmas Party, for children ages 2 to 10, will be held on Saturday, December 10 at Rainbow Elementary School from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Tickets are now available at the Township Office. Valley Day Valley Day 2011 was held on Saturday, August 13, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. at the Highlands Corporate Center. Thanks to our volunteers, the Parks & Recreation Authority, Valley Township Board of Supervisors, Valley Township Staff and especially to our sponsors.
